      What you will do-


      The Logistics Analyst is responsible for coordination and execution of periodic cycle counts and audit process for Field Inventory. You will work with the field teams to improve inventory accuracy and traceability. You will administer an effective system that meets the organization's inventory control needs through efficient transportation of component parts and/or finished goods. This individual contributor will use judgement in applying audit and cycle count procedures while working independently in the field. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience. This is a remote posting. The employee can work 100% virtually without any set territory or proximity required. This role will require 50% domestic travel.

      • Plan field inventory audits for hubs, distributors, and loaner pools

      • Conduct and support field audits according to company policies (Includes maintaining appropriate documentation to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance)

      • Control the accuracy of field inventory via the audit process

      • Document and present changes for all audit related procedures, policies, and work instructions

      • Facilitate and return expired / close dated product from assigned regions using inventory management reports

      • Review and investigate field inventory discrepancies and making proper ERP corrections when warranted (Reconciliation of systems including ERP and WebOps)

      • Identify and implement best practices for process improvements

      • Participate in project work, with a focus on process and quality improvements

      What you need-

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 6 years’ experience in lieu of degree

      • Experience in logistics or supply chain - preferred

      • Experience in a Distribution / Inventory environment

      • Demonstrated analytical skills with high problem solving and process improvement orientation

      • Applied knowledge of inventory tracking and counting mechanism principles

      • Demonstrated customer service skills, including the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with field-based customers via telephone and e-mail to continuously drive customer satisfaction

      • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.)

      • This role will require 50% domestic travel

      $56,000.00 - $101,400.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

      Travel Percentage: 50%
