      The Team

      The Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) team is a global organization that sits within Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS). It is American Express’ marketing services center of excellence with the charter of powering high quality, efficient, user-centric digital marketing experiences that accelerate business growth through optimized enterprise MarTech & MarOps solutions.

      This role is an exciting opportunity to join the DOE MarOps Experiences Americas team within DOE Bonusing & MarTech Experiences (DBMX) in ECMX. The team is focused on ensuring flawless onboarding and execution of US Amex Offers campaigns through effective marketing solution design, consultation, campaign set-up and delivery. The team is also focused on enabling partner priorities and is responsible for driving process transformation to drive greater capacity and speed to market while maintaining quality and performance metrics.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Acting as the Marketing Execution Lead (MEL) for Amex Offer campaigns. This includes managing and submitting offers through all required review processes and working closely with compliance review partners and marketing partners to ensure all campaigns are fully approved prior to launch.
      • Executing the end-to-end offer onboarding process for Amex Offers campaigns, ensuring the successful set-up and delivery of offers.
      • Conducting quality reviews and validations to ensure flawless delivery of campaigns.
      • Identifying and implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies to increase speed to market, maintain quality, and increase available capacity.
      • Supporting high-priority transformation initiative to re-engineer the offer set up process and drive critical business KPIs. Partnering with Product team to create business requirements, as well as conduct discovery, solutioning, and testing of new features prior to launch.
      • Working with Technologies partners to successfully set-up, track and validate offers, resolve issues, and ensure they launch successfully.
      • Continuing to meet the evolving needs of our Partners, Card Members, and Merchants.

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Prior experience of marketing execution and/or project management a plus
      • Strong attention to detail to drive flawless execution
      • Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and drive results
      • Strong relationship management skills and ability to effectively collaborate across teams
      • Ability to think innovatively and challenge the status quo
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Comfort with and ability to understand, at a high level, capabilities and technical systems
      • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

      Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
