What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct analyses of insured medical populations to identify opportunities for financial performance improvement
- Analyze claims and authorization data to identify trends and issues related to medical care costs
- Collaborate with Marketplace and Behavioral Health teams to address emerging trends
- Create impactful exhibits and data visualizations to illustrate key trend drivers
- Support executive decision-making by extracting and compiling information from various systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a similar field
- 2-5 years of experience in a related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from data
- Proficiency in managing information from large data sources
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to executive audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with Excel and SQL for data retrieval and visualization
- Experience with PowerPivot for Excel and Power BI dashboards
- Background in healthcare trend analytics
