What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Business Case Analysis (BCA) for identified improvement initiatives, focusing on business and implementation risks
- Develop and present overviews of initiatives, including current state assessments and proposed future states
- Recommend implementation steps and assess effectiveness post-implementation
- Propose acquisition strategies for new technologies and evaluate associated risks and benefits
- Create metrics to measure the success of initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Active or current DoD Secret security clearance, or ability to obtain one
- Willingness to travel at least 10% of the time
- Additional work experience, education, or training may be considered in lieu of years of experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active NMCI account and CAC
- LEAN certification, such as American Society for Quality (ASQ) certified black belt
- Knowledge of U.S. Navy Submarines
- 2 or more years of experience with Submarine Programs and Maintenance Activities
- Recent experience in Depot or IMA level maintenance of Submarines
