What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission
- Monitor and verify the accuracy of data in reports, resolving discrepancies with business units
- Collaborate with business units to document data capture and develop enhancements for future needs
- Ensure compliance with market, internal, and industry standards regarding data and reporting
- Assist in the automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant insurance or reinsurance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Risk Management/Insurance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Management, Data Analyst, Reporting Specialist, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and similar tools for manual reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain data findings to non-technical audiences
- Ability to self-manage priorities and daily activities
