What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission
- Monitor and verify the accuracy of data used in reports, identifying discrepancies and resolving data quality issues
- Collaborate with multiple business units to document and enhance data capture processes
- Ensure compliance with market, internal, and industry standards while acting as a liaison for data and reporting inquiries
- Assist with the automation of reporting processes and tools to improve efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant insurance or reinsurance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Risk Management/Insurance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Management, Data Analyst, Reporting Specialist, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and similar tools for manual reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Strong ability to self-manage priorities and daily activities
- Good communication and collaboration skills, especially in explaining data findings to non-technical audiences
