What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide daily system support for Workday and other People + Culture systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes
- Lead short-term projects requiring proficient application knowledge
- Support larger projects as prioritized in the People + Culture Roadmap
- Evaluate new system functionality and provide feedback to internal partners
- Ensure data quality and integrity through regular maintenance and system audits

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3+ years of Workday Core HCM experience, including business process management
- Proficient experience supporting full cycle Workday Benefits and Compensation modules
- Proficient experience with Workday report writer and calculated field development
- Basic experience supporting the Workday security model and knowledge of Workday EIB data loads
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables and v-lookups

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting Workday Absence, Talent/Performance, or Learning management
- Previous Workday implementation experience
- Ability to communicate complex details effectively, both written and verbally
