What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Contract Sales teams to create custom pricing models focused on Facility Products
- Analyze pricing and margin trends and communicate findings effectively
- Create management reporting to understand changes in sales, margins, and business mix
- Design customer-specific Profitability Plans and generate customer file structures for negotiations
- Continuously refine pricing strategies based on competitive analysis and assortment planning

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of pricing/analytical experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, particularly in analytical or financial areas such as business, accounting, or economics
- Proficiency in SQL (or similar database) and AS400 systems, along with pricing logic
