      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage relationships with pharmacies in Puerto Rico, providing education and support on various network-related activities
      - Assist in the preparation of client plan benefits and network setups with area pharmacies
      - Conduct quarterly pharmacy meetings and ensure compliance with network agreements
      - Support daily operations related to credentialing, re-credentialing, and contracting
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pharmacy-related matters and track pharmacy compliance with regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, including 3 years of progressive experience in Pharmacy Network Administration or Provider Relations
      - Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Office
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex client interactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a pharmacy technician
      - Project coordination experience within a corporate environment
      - Strong presentation skills and experience working directly with customers
      - Knowledge of insurance, pharmacy, and healthcare contracting
      - Data analysis and presentation skills
