What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support leadership in the Go-To-Market team by identifying critical datasets necessary for actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address priority issues through data analysis and mock-ups
- Develop expertise in data systems and structures across operational, financial, and customer management systems
- Aggregate and analyze data from various sources to derive actionable insights
- Create and refine performance dashboards, metrics, and reports to enhance business understanding
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in analytics, data science, finance, management consulting, or other analytical roles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
- Experience in using data to uncover business and customer insights
- Ability to create compelling presentations for senior leadership
- Strong time management skills and ability to work across multiple projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest in K-12 public education and understanding of data's role in driving change
- Familiarity with the full data analytics pipeline, including data gathering, ETL, and visualization
- Experience with data from CRM and ERP systems
