Support Global Parcel initiatives and deliver strategic projects inclusive of Cross Channel and Seamless Inventory projects
Deliver cost and service KPI’s that enable commercial plan success and drive margin optimization
Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting by carrier/service method to ensure adequate carrier capacity.
Build and leverage trusting relationship with internal and external business partners to optimize and deliver creative solutions that drive business value
Conduct shipment level spend and transit analysis to identify cost effectiveness as necessary
Develop strong relationships with internal business partners and external suppliers
Technical knowledge of transportation/logistics operations and end-to-end supply chain
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and build consensus across multiple stakeholders and functions
Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment and able to speak with candor to drive business results
Present problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner
