What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and manage detailed financial underwriting models in Excel and ARGUS for potential acquisitions and developments

- Prepare investment presentation materials summarizing key investment criteria for management review
- Review due diligence documentation and coordinate with third-party vendors and internal departments
- Provide portfolio management support and maintain asset management models

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in an analytically based real estate investment role
- Advanced Excel underwriting skills and experience with ARGUS Enterprise
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence in work product and delivery
- Understanding of real estate physical aspects and architectural design, with a passion for the life science field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior work experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or investment sales/capital markets
