What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare Investment Committee memos and quarterly/annual reports evaluating asset performance
- Produce strategic business plans and collaborate with the property management team on annual budgets and cash flow projections
- Maintain detailed financial models and cash flows in Excel and Argus for portfolio assets
- Conduct lease analyses and assist with lease negotiations for prospective tenants
- Provide portfolio management support and review due diligence documentation during transaction processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 - 3 years of experience in an analytically based real estate investment or finance role, ideally with Class A commercial products
- Advanced Excel underwriting skills and experience using ARGUS Enterprise
- Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Unwavering attention to detail and strong organizational skills
