Job Description
- Req#: R000111208
- Work with multifunctional teams globally to set analytical testing strategy and deployment of analytical resources.
- Work with external contract sites to support product development and with P&G Quality Control labs globally to manage product release testing.
- Provide high quality standardised methodology execution in accordance to P&G and/or external authority requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of testing data and reports for testing to include:
- Sample and solution preparation, Sample submission logging into Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), Technical troubleshooting (instruments and/or methods), Chromatography: GCMS, GC-FID, HPLC (preferred but not essential).
- Conform to site and lab Health, Safety and Environment requirements and comply with principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Train laboratory analytical chemists in the agreed and established methods and be the first contact for technical troubleshooting (instruments and/ or methods).

- PhD in relevant field which is grounded in analytical measurements, OR Masters degree in analytical discipline, OR significant Analytical experience, preferably including broader industry experience,
- Good knowledge of analytical techniques used for product development and quality controls.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – must be able to effectively interact with a team environment, of different nationalities and at different levels within the company.
- Strong Analytical thinking and problem solving.
