- Creating data visualisations using PowerBI and/or Tableau
- Updating and maintaining capacity forecasts across RQ&C
- Driving various internal development projects to improve data quality or optimising processes
- Generating analytics insights in Excel (e.g., by analysing Novo Nordisk’s project pipeline speed to market using industry benchmark data)
- Supporting leadership teams in defining and realising strategic aspirations and organisational development opportunities
- Creating presentations and presenting outcomes on strategic workforce planning and resource forecasting
- Analysing the business cases for transformational projects (e.g., efficiency gains in the drug approval process)
- Internship period: Full-time for 6 months
- Working hours: 18-37 hours per week (with flexibility in the exam period)
- Start date: September – November 2024 (flexible start date)
- Location: Søborg, Denmark
- Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows
- Full-time Danish work permit is required
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in the MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with data preparation or visualization tools (e.g. Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau)
- Previous internships and/or relevant student jobs

Qualifications
You are a Student who is pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree within Business, Engineering, Analytics, or any other related fields and have at least 1 year of work experience.

About the department
RC&Q is part of the Development (R&D) area in Novo Nordisk pursuing better outcomes for patients through drug development. The Insights & Strategy (I&S) team is responsible for activities ranging from qualitative processes like project management and strategic assessments to quantitative processes like data analysis and business intelligence reporting. We aim to drive informed leadership decision-making and to improve current business processes proactively.
On the I&S team, you will have 10 colleagues of diverse educational and international backgrounds. The team invests heavily in the development of our students and interns. Our team is known for its collaborative and supportive culture, both in and outside of the office. Our interns and student workers take an active role in organising team activities at our department meetings, and offsites, as well as organising the team’s social calendar (we meet outside of work at least every second month).
