What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end tagging implementations for a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless onboarding to the employer's platform
- Act as a trusted advisor, diagnosing tracking needs and delivering tailored solutions to maximize clients' data potential
- Conduct comprehensive audits of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, implementing advanced tracking strategies
- Stay current with industry trends in eCommerce data tracking and continuously innovate to meet customer needs
- Assist self-serve customers, mentor new team members, and contribute to internal documentation development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role (Support, Account Management, Success, or Sales)
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with technical expertise in guiding clients through analytics challenges
- Familiarity with measurement, reporting, and data analytics (Google Analytics, GTM, server-side tagging)
- Proactive, self-driven approach to problem-solving and client engagement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in startup environments
- Knowledge of server-side tagging and iOS14 solutions
