Angel Tree Warehouse Worker

Location: Tampa Area Command, Tampa, FL

Position Type: Seasonal Full – Time (40 hrs/wk)

Pay Range: $13.00 - $15.00

About this opportunity:

This position is responsible for working in the Christmas warehouse.

Key responsibilities:

• Lifts, carries, loads and unloads a variety of donations that may include furniture, appliances, clothing, etc.
• Works to promote the safety and security of the warehouse.
• Assists with the clean-up, lay out, and set-up of the warehouse.
• Assists with possible pick up from the malls or corporations, if necessary.

What we are looking for in you:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. AND

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with co-workers. Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. Ability to perform strenuous, heavy work involving the lifting and carrying of heavy objects. Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and some climbing.

Work requires working in a warehouse environment with exposure to fluctuating temperatures and discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
