- Communicate findings and suggestions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to establish project guidelines and update them based on initial annotation results

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in annotation, data analysis, quality assurance, and human-in-the-loop best practices
- Ability to work with large-scale reviews and contribute to extensive datasets
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset in a dynamic environment
- Basic knowledge of SQL and an understanding of machine learning lifecycles is a plus
