What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer questions and resolve issues based on incoming calls, emails, and internet inquiries
- Research and respond to enrollment issues
- Provide problem resolution by communicating effectively with various departments and vendors
- Document and track customer interactions
- Update member data and complete associated paperwork

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Available to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Typing and grammar skills of 35 words per minute
- Successful customer service focus with previous inbound call center experience
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
