What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analysis, insight, and recommendations to support product development initiatives
- Communicate analysis and conclusions clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication
- Utilize competitive resources to develop tools and insight to support sales staff and product management decisions
- Support annuity rate setting
- Manage periodic and ad-hoc reports as needed by the business

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field preferred
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn about annuity products and explain features clearly to different audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Understanding of the annuity industry preferred
- Motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously while working effectively and independently in a time-sensitive environment
