      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Life Insurance license (required)
      - Proven sales ability with a strong track record
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - Advanced communication skills with strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities
      - Willingness to travel to meet with qualified clients, including occasional overnight stays as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active Series 7 & 66 or Series 65 or ChFC equivalent (preferred)
      - Clean U4 (if currently registered)
      - Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designation (preferred)
