What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Attend mandatory onboarding training sessions and complete the onboarding process by mid-January
- Conduct annual data entry audits and follow up on identified errors
- Document entry-related and collection-related issues along with follow-up plans
- Participate in 3-4 volunteer team meetings via Zoom throughout the year
- Collaborate with the Data Compliance Anti-Trafficking Field Officer to ensure data quality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Mature Christian faith and alignment with the organization's Global Value to "Abide in Christ"
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite and ability to work independently

- Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a positive outlook in a remote working environment
- Previous experience in data auditing or compliance roles
