- Route and monitor invoices for approvals exceeding purchase orders
- Maintain marketing invoice tracking sheet
- Provide support and responses to inquiries from marketing team and vendors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Three years of related work experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in marketing or finance-related roles
- Familiarity with Dynamics GP software
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
