What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, review, manage, and process Accounts Payable invoices
- Manage third-party utility management and logistics payables processes
- Conduct weekly presentations on account statuses to cross-functional partners
- Vet charges for ACH Fraud Filter and work with bank partners on investigations
- Provide assistance and support to internal and external business partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred
- Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
