      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct APC audits with a target accuracy of 95% to meet recovery goals
      - Document audit findings and provide regular progress updates to management
      - Collaborate effectively as a member of the VARIS Service Team
      - Maintain a client-focused approach in all tasks and communications
      - Stay informed on coding changes and ensure adherence to internal standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of hospital outpatient/ambulatory coding experience, or 4 years in OPPS/APC case validation
      - Required coding credentials: CCS, CPC, RHIA, RHIT, CIRCC, or ROCC
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Extensive knowledge of APC/OPPS grouping and regulatory requirements
      - Proficient in using APC Grouper/Pricer software and related coding applications

      - Experience with complex outpatient medical record reviews and compliance audits
      - Familiarity with coding conventions and guidelines

      - Strong team-building skills and initiative
