      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Apple Health and Homes program
      - Provide technical assistance to community providers regarding Medicaid enrollment and billing
      - Create training materials for service providers to ensure compliance with Medicaid requirements
      - Facilitate meetings with cross-agency stakeholders and partner agencies
      - Monitor enrollment and expenditures related to program administration and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in public health or related field and two years of supervisory experience, or
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of supervisory experience, or
      - Eight years of experience in health services programs, or
      - One year of experience as a Medical Program Specialist 1

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing budgets and external consulting resources
      - Familiarity with public or private health care delivery systems
      - Knowledge of state and federal health care policies, including Medicare and Medicaid
      - Strong collaboration skills with high political awareness and emotional intelligence
      - Proficiency in analyzing complex problems related to health care programs
