What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve technical support incidents within the Service Desk department via phone, email, and chat
- Document troubleshooting steps and interactions to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Articulate technical findings to management and clients clearly and concisely
- Manage escalations from clients and technicians to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Maintain proficiency in key technology areas through ongoing learning and participation in team meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of Apple support experience
- 1+ years of Help Desk experience
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally in English, both written and orally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/MIS
- Experience working for a Managed Services Provider
- Apple retail experience
- Familiarity with network devices such as firewalls and switches
- Certifications such as A+, Network +, Security +
