What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure and provide functional and technical support for Prelude, Identity, and Real Time Eligibility applications
- Collaborate with end users to understand workflows and make necessary adjustments or enhancements
- Create and execute test scripts for new system builds and provide ongoing application support
- Analyze business issues and synthesize key messages to solve problems related to workflows and applications
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and facilitate integrated meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience, or Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience
- Epic Certification and Proficiency required
- Knowledge of Epic applications to build, test, support, and train users
- Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in accurate and thorough documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Preferred Epic Certifications include Prelude and Real Time Eligibility
- Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification preferred
