What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure and provide advanced functional and technical support for Epic applications
- Collaborate with business partners to understand workflows and make necessary system adjustments
- Serve as the central point of communication for business partners and coordinate activities for the Revenue Cycle Application Support team
- Execute test scripts for new system builds and document workflows and technical issues
- Train and mentor application analysts in best practices and documentation standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience or Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience
- More than one Epic certification required
- Demonstrated commitment to effective customer service delivery
- Ability to work productively as a member of a team or work group
- Ability to competently perform all essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in analyzing business issues and synthesizing key messages related to software applications
- Prior experience in healthcare services or a similar environment
- Familiarity with organizational policies, procedures, and business operations
