What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Optimize business processes and automate workflows using Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Support and integrate Epic Systems within the healthcare setting

- Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes and Epic configurations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience or Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience
- More than one Epic certification required
- 3-5 years of experience in an Application Analyst role or similar position
- 2+ years of experience working with Epic Systems in a healthcare environment
- Expertise in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator for automation solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Robotic Process Automation development
- Knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools
- Proven track record of successfully implementing automation workflows
