What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for Workforce Management applications in business and clinical operations
- Conduct workflow analysis and recommend system design and corrective actions
- Lead analyst role for project coordination and communication with project team members
- Develop and manage documentation for supported applications and oversee issue resolution processes
- Coordinate end-user training on supported applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field
- Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience required
- Experience in a healthcare environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Workforce Management systems, such as Oracle Time and Attendance, QGENDA, or UKG (Kronos)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with application design, build, testing, and validation processes
- Strong understanding of operational workflows within healthcare settings
