Job Title: Senior Software engineer Experience: 4-6 years in Salesforce administration, with a specialized focus on Service Cloud. Responsibilities: 1. execute complex Salesforce Service Cloud configurations and customizations. 2. Implement advanced features such as entitlements, milestones, and service contracts. 3. Design and implement solutions for knowledge base management within Service Cloud. 4. Optimize Service Cloud processes for efficiency and effectiveness. 5. implement seamless integrations between Service Cloud and other enterprise systems. Work with middleware solutions for real-time data synchronization. 6. Collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Service Cloud Consultant certification is required. • Proven experience in implementing and managing large-scale Service Cloud deployments. • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices. • Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
