      Job Summary:

      Applies a comprehensive knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) strategies and best practices to define, design, and deliver multi-domain MDM services and capabilities that meet current and future Geisinger Enterprise business requirements. Works closely with business stakeholders to establish MDM objectives, scope, and milestones for complex projects that cross multiple technical and business areas. Provides project leadership to other members of the MDM development team.

      Job Duties:

      • Leads MDM Multi-Domain Hub Console development activities to include design and configuration of Staging, Landing, and Match-Merge processes, Cleanse functions, and User Exits.
      • Designs and configures Entity base objects that conform to appropriate hierarchies and relationships within and across Geisinger’s mastered data domains.
      • Creates Source-to-Target Mappings, Match Rules, Merge Properties, Trust and Validation Rules, Match Paths, Match Columns, and Batch Groups.
      • Designs, configures, and implements MDM workflows using Informatica ActiveVOS tools.
      • Designs, configures, and implements external application interfaces using the Informatica MDM Services Integration Framework (SIF).
      • Applies extensive experience with Data Integration, Data Modeling, and Data Quality Management tools, techniques, and best practices to optimize MDM solution designs and implementations.
      • Researches and makes recommendations regarding emerging MDM tools (e.g., Informatica Provisioning Tool, Elastic Search, and Business Entity Services) and technologies. Leads MDM software and hardware evaluation, selection, and configuration activities as appropriate.
      • Defines, develops, and oversees information gathering and reporting of performance metrics to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the Geisinger MDM Program.
      • Troubleshoot MDM system-related issues and configurations with vendor support teams.
      • Serves as coach and mentor for less experience team members. Defines, develops, and implements MDM training to promote continuous learning within the MDM Team.
      • Identifies, documents, and tracks all MDM issues to resolution
