      Working within the Network Control Team and the wider Integrated Control Centre, the Crewing Training team is working on a 24/7 basis, ensuring compliance to both crew FTL regulation and industrial agreements. They liaise with crew across the network, base teams, FRMS, rostering and training planning and delivery teams and other ICC teams to ensure the schedule On Time Performance and safety is maintained. We are looking to increase our numbers and have a great opportunity for a Crew Training Officer to join the team.

      As a Crewing Training Officer, you will report into the Senior Training Crewing Officer. The Crewing Training department are responsible for maintaining easyJet’s Pilot and Cabin Crew training rosters, ensuring the roster is maintained in the most efficient and cost effective manner, taking fatigue into account and minimising any impact.

      Your role is to ensure all crew rosters are first and foremost safe, legal and compliant with local industrial agreements. You will also consider operational robustness; efficiency, cost effectiveness; Fatigue and Crew lifestyle factors when making changes to rosters.

      What you need to do this role

      You should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, particularly in Airline Operations, preferably in Crewing, Operations, or Cabin Crew roles. You will be capable of providing effective solutions for last-minute crew changes while considering employee well-being, making informed decisions in high-pressure and ambiguous situations. You will be able to effortlessly navigate multiple demands and shifting priorities with short deadlines.

      You will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, be adept at consulting and influencing while work effectively in a team focused on continuous improvement. A strong customer focus and a desire to provide excellent customer service are essential. Knowledge of AIMS or equivalent systems is a desired skill. Comprehensive knowledge of EASA/EZY Alleviations is also plus and will help you to carry out this role effectively. .

      Location & Hours of Work

      This full-time role will be based in Luton, and will be an average of fourteen shifts per 28 days, the shifts will be 12 hours shifts, comprised of dayshifts and night shifts.
