- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address systemic issues and improve user experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- One year of Application Helpdesk experience required
- Experience with Encompass required
- Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent experience required
- Proven customer service and communication skills
- Working knowledge of ticketing systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Zendesk preferred
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Solid time management skills
- Ability to analyze problems and apply problem-solving skills effectively
- Experience working across organizational boundaries
