YOUR CHALLENGE

• As Application Operations Manager you are responsible to operate an IT Service E2E within the defined SLA, including understanding and tracking the service dependencies

• You are the first point of contact for Operations, Support, Maintenance, and overarching service lifecycle related questions

• During delivery of new features, you ensure proper implementation of non-functional requirements together with the Application Responsible and System Architect and coordinate the transition into UAT and Production environments

YOUR PROFILE

• >3 years of 3rd level application support experience

• >2 years Java skills experience: able to read, understand, and adapt code

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft SharePoint

• Experience with administration, maintenance, and development of Appway applications ("Appway Administrator" or "Appway Developer Training" is a plus)

• Experience in business analysis

• >3 years’ experience with Oracle databases (SQL and PL/SQL)

• >3 years’ experience operating standard software (lifecycle, parameterization, and further development) on Linux environments

• Banking knowledge in client partner data management (CRM), account opening, and compliance environment are advantageous

• A self-motivated, communicative personality with great interest in new challenges with independent and responsible working attitude

• Analytical and conceptual thinking style

• Willingness for on-call and weekend shifts

• Experience with agile project methodologies

• Business fluent in English (oral and written) is a must and fluent Spanish would be beneficial
