What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor daily dashboard in MRI to ensure timely processing of applications
- Process all applications accurately and provide exceptional customer service to onsite teams
- Ensure an excellent customer experience for all applicants and follow up on needed documentation promptly
- Identify potential fraudulent applicants and find resolution
- Stay up-to-date on policies, procedures, and changes in laws affecting the application process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of professional work experience
- Proficiency in computer work and application processing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree or coursework in related field
- Experience in identifying fraud in application processing
