What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and document process improvements with key benefits, expected results, and delivery timelines
- Build relationships with functional and technical managers to coordinate and drive impacts across teams
- Lead the collection and compilation of internal and external data related to initiatives
- Conduct fact-finding interviews and facilitate group discussions to identify value creation opportunities
- Track, report, and monitor deployed initiatives to ensure cooperation across stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Master's student returning to school in the fall of 2025
- Availability for a full-time internship (5 days a week/36-40 hours) for a total of 10 weeks starting in June
- Employment eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in driving change and measuring impact

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of lean methodology and tools to drive process improvement initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal/relationship management skills
- Experience in business analysis, modeling, and KPI metrics development in a service environment
