What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and document process improvements with key benefits and delivery timelines
- Build relationships with functional and technical managers to coordinate initiatives
- Lead data collection and analysis related to engagement objectives
- Conduct interviews and brainstorming sessions to identify value creation opportunities
- Track and report on deployed initiatives to ensure stakeholder cooperation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Master's student returning to school in the fall of 2025
- Availability to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks starting in June
- Employment eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in business analysis, KPI metrics development, and process improvement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of lean methodology and tools for driving process improvements
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal relationship management skills
- Experience driving change and measuring impact in a service environment
