What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to review applications and product requirements
- Conduct sales presentations and maintain effective communication with customers on pricing and product launches
- Generate and develop prospect accounts to increase revenue through the distribution chain
- Update customers on product modifications, changes, and enhancements
- Attend conferences and trade shows to represent the employer and enhance industry knowledge

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of strong manufacturing background with a focus on Milling, Turning, and Grooving
- Knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes
- Experience in account management and developing new customer relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of effective time management and organization
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and work well under pressure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Job shop experience is highly regarded
- Experience in designing special tools is advantageous
- Proven ability to assist customers with processing parts and tool applications
- Degree in sales and marketing or related field is highly regarded
