What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to review applications and product requirements
- Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate with customers daily
- Liaise between the employer and customers regarding pricing, service, and product launches
- Generate and develop prospect accounts to drive revenue growth
- Maintain and update customer accounts and provide product quotes as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, specifically in Milling, Turning, and Grooving
- Knowledgeable in tooling and manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to assist customers with processing parts and correct application of tools
- Strong account management skills for existing customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and effective communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Job shop experience is highly regarded
- Experience in designing special tools
- Background in sales and marketing is highly regarded
- Proven ability to develop new customer relationships
