What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and conduct appointments with existing customers to assess their applications and product needs
- Deliver sales presentations and meet customers in person on a daily basis
- Act as a liaison between the employer and customers regarding pricing, service updates, and product launches
- Develop and grow prospect accounts to increase revenue through the distribution chain
- Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate contact information for future sales

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in Milling, Turning, or Grooving
- Knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to assist customers with processing parts and applying tools correctly
- Experience in account management and developing new customer relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and effective communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Job shop experience is highly regarded
- Experience in designing special tools
- Ability to process customer parts from drawing to finished product
- Degree in sales and marketing or a related field is advantageous
