What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct product training and demonstrations, including up to 25% travel to customer sites
- Develop product contents and activities for customers
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware support issues
- Provide on-call product support for US customers in Southeast and Southwest time zones
- Engage in project research and development as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Anatomy, Biology, Chemistry, or related sciences
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Strong software and technology knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer sites across the US
