- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and effective communication skills
- Ability to assist customers with proper tool applications and processing parts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Job shop experience is highly regarded
- Experience in designing special tools
- Degree in sales and marketing is highly regarded
- Proven ability to assist customers from drawing to finished product
