What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to review applications and product requirements
- Conduct sales presentations by meeting customers physically on a daily basis
- Liaise between the employer and customers regarding pricing, service, and product releases
- Generate and develop prospect accounts to increase revenue through the distribution chain
- Maintain customer account updates, including contact names and numbers for future sales

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of strong manufacturing background with a focus on milling, turning, and grooving
- Knowledgeable in tooling and manufacturing processes
- Experience in job shop environments and assisting customers with proper speeds and feeds for materials
- Proven ability to develop new customers and manage existing accounts
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in designing special tools is highly regarded
- Degree in sales and marketing or a related field is highly regarded
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and sales management tools
