      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to review applications and product requirements
      - Conduct in-person sales presentations to generate new business opportunities
      - Liaise between the employer and customers regarding pricing, service, and product launches
      - Update customers on product modifications and enhancements
      - Prepare reports for sales and marketing while maintaining customer accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of strong manufacturing background with a focus on milling, turning, and grooving
      - Knowledgeable in tooling and manufacturing processes
      - Ability to assist customers with parts processing and tool application
      - Proven experience in account management and developing new customers
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and effective communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Job shop experience is highly regarded
      - Experience in designing special tools
      - Degree in sales and marketing or a related field is advantageous
      - Strong people skills and an outgoing personality
      - Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
