What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage accounts and generate new opportunities in the metalworking sector
- Schedule and conduct sales presentations to existing customers
- Liaise with customers to provide updates on pricing, services, and product releases
- Develop and maintain prospect accounts to drive revenue growth
- Prepare reports for sales and marketing while maintaining customer account information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of strong manufacturing experience, particularly in milling, turning, and grooving
- Knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to assist customers with the correct application of tools
- Experience in account management and developing new customer relationships
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in designing special tools
- Job shop experience highly regarded
- Degree in sales and marketing or related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
- Strong people skills and an outgoing personality
