What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and implementation of computer applications
- Provide ongoing assistance for application users, troubleshooting problems and resolving issues
- Conduct regular maintenance and management of business systems, addressing inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with business analysts to evaluate user requirements and provide specifications
- Document technical processes around application support and assist in training stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline, or a two-year college degree with relevant experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with anti-virus, patch management, and end-point management solutions
- At least one (1) year of experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and Red Hat Linux operating systems
- Demonstrated ability to provide customer support and manage escalated issues
- Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of business application systems such as Jira Administration, Hyland On-Base, Progress MoveIT, and MS Intune
- Understanding of network security concepts, including encryption, IDS/IPS, proxies, and protocol filtering
- Professional certification in relevant fields
