What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high levels of technical expertise to both internal and external clients
- Handle phone and email inquiries, ensuring timely and effective support
- Record detailed incident or service request information using the employer's ticketing system
- Diagnose issues and provide effective resolutions while keeping clients informed of status
- Create and maintain tools and product support documentation to enhance incident management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing technology support experience, both over the phone and electronically
- Graduation from a two-year technical college with a focus in computer science, information technology, or a related area, or equivalent experience
- Ability to organize and follow complex and detailed technical procedures
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal partners
- Ability to solve problems and perform diagnostics on software and/or hardware
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epiq's proprietary software solutions or similar applications
- Familiarity with ticketing systems for incident management
- Knowledge of technology principles and terminology, including Windows and Internet
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively as part of a team
- Willingness to work early morning, evening, or weekend hours as required
