What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding server-side and client-side applications
- Log and document all incidents within a ticketing system and analyze root causes of software issues
- Proactively monitor and resolve problems or anomalies at client installations
- Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met according to support specifications
- Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to the creation of knowledge articles

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Windows administration and technical customer support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems for servers and workstations
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French (verbal and written)
- Experience running queries in Microsoft SQL Server

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a medical and/or research environment
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with remote troubleshooting (ssh, VPN tunnels)
- Familiarity with MS SQL Administration
